Experiencing technical difficulties submitting a request online?

Please describe the action you were taking when you experienced technical difficulties and provide details about the issue. Attach screen captures, if possible.

If technical difficulties are preventing you from submitting your request online, please follow the manual submission procedure.

Check processing times

We calculate processing times from the date we receive your documents in our office.

Processing time doesn’t include mailing time. Please plan on up to five business days for your documents to reach us when you send them to us by regular mail and up to five business days for delivery after we mail them back to you.

Is there a rush service available?

Our office processes requests in the order in which they are received. No rush service is available so please plan your request accordingly.

If you have urgent and exceptional circumstances (generally defined as unforeseen events beyond the applicant’s control that require immediate action) and would like us to consider your document for priority processing, you may contact us.
