Review of the General Export Permit No. 38 (GEP 38) to assess its usefulness.

Narrative

The purpose of the GEP was to expedite processing for specific mixtures and chemicals. This permit may be repealed as it is obsolete and has no current application. The chemicals it covers are no longer controlled when exported as part of mixtures in which they are not the principal constituent.
