Rationale

The statutory instrument will be reviewed to assess its effectiveness in the context of the issuance of certificates and the information to be included when applying for a Certificate of Eligibility.

Narrative

The purpose of these regulations is to provide the considerations to be considered by the Minister in the issuance of certificates and the information that must be included when applying for a Certificate of Eligibility. These regulations are up to date and still fit for purpose. A review is planned in the long term as a result of potential updates to the Certificate of Eligibility.
