Review of the list to align with changes in circumstances.

Narrative

The Area Control List is a list of countries to which the Governor in Council has determined that export permits are required for the export of any goods and export and transfer of any technology from Canada. Given the considerable impact this measure has on Canadians and operations of government, the list is amended as deemed required by a change in circumstances.
