Rationale

The regulations will be reviewed as required by the latest domestic and international developments. The brokering framework was very recently implemented and no development in that area warrants a review for the time being.

Narrative

Brokering controls were recently implemented (in 2019) to meet the Arms Trade Treaty requirements to which Canada is a state party. The Brokering Control List lists all items for which a brokering permit is required.
