Determining whether the privileges and immunities granted for the Ukraine Reform Conference, which took place in Toronto from July 2-4, 2019, must be maintained.

Narrative

This Order granted privileges and immunities to the Ukraine Reform Conference, 2019 hosted by Canada.

The Ukraine Reform conference is now called the Ukraine Recovery Conference. It is an annual international event that aims to discuss the recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine.

It is necessary to evaluate whether these are still required today, and if the repeal of the Order would result in unintended legal consequences.
