Determining whether the status as well as the privileges and immunities granted for the United Nations University International Network on Water, Environment and Health (UNU-INWEH) must be maintained.

Narrative

This Order grants privileges and immunities, as well as legal status, to an international organization to which Canada is a member. UNU-INWEH was established in 1996 as a public service agency and a subsidiary body of the United Nations (UN). Its operations are secured through long-term host-country and core-funding agreements with the Government of Canada. The institute is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
