This Order granted privileges and immunities to the foreign participants to the United Nations Peacekeeping Defence Ministerial Conference, which was held in Vancouver, British Columbia on November 14 and 15, 2017. It is necessary to evaluate whether these are still required today, and if the repeal of the Order would result in unintended legal consequences.
