Narrative

Canada is a board member of the Global Fund. This Order granted privileges and immunities to foreign nationals attending the conference over the period of September 15 to 17, 2016. It is necessary to evaluate whether those privileges and immunities are still required today, and if the repeal of the Order would result in unintended legal consequences.
