The statutory instruments will be repealed as the privileges and immunities that were put in place for the period beginning on June 29, 2016, and ending on June 29, 2016, for representatives of foreign states that participated in the Summit are no longer required.
Narrative
This order is no longer relevant and should be reviewed and repealed. It was put in place for the period beginning on June 29, 2016, and ending on June 29, 2016, for representatives of foreign states that participated in the Summit to have in Canada, to the extent required for the exercise of their functions in Canada in relation to the Summit, the privileges and immunities set out in sections 11(b) and (e) and 14 to 16 of Article IV of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations set out in Schedule III to the Foreign Missions and International Organizations Act.
