Rationale

Determining whether the privileges and immunities granted for the Arctic Council Ministerial Meeting held in Iqaluit, Nunavut, between April 24-25, 2015 must be maintained.

Narrative

The statutory instrument will be repealed as the privileges and immunities that were put in place for the period beginning on April 24, 2015, and ending on April 25, 2015, for representatives of foreign states that participated in the meeting are no longer required. As the order covered one discrete event, which took place in 2015, it is no longer required.
