Rationale

Update of the General Export Permit (GEP) No. 46 to reflect new numbering for items controlled under Category 5 Part 2, Group 1 of the Export Control List.

Narrative

GEP No. 46 covers items listed under Category 5 Part 2, Group 1 of the Export Control List. Since the GEP came into force, new numbering has been introduced for this category. An update to GEP No. 46 is therefore required to reflect the new numbering.
