Determining whether the privileges and immunities granted for the G8 Summit held in Muskoka, Ontario between June 8 and 9, 2018 must be maintained.

Narrative

This Order granted privileges and immunities to foreign nationals over the period of January 15, 2010 to July 4, 2010. It is necessary to evaluate whether those privileges and immunities are still required today, and if the repeal of the Order would result in unintended legal consequences.
