Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA)

Rationale

The statutory instrument will be reviewed to assess its effectiveness and ensure it remains relevant and aligned with evolving legislation, policy objective and priorities.

Narrative

Given the expiry of the Softwood Lumber Act of 2006, the statutory instrument is no longer applicable.
