Rationale

Determining whether the privileges and immunities granted for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change must be maintained. 

Narrative

This Order grants privileges and immunities as well as status to a foreign organization. It is necessary to evaluate whether these are still required today – considering that the Order only applied between November 20, 2005 and December 12, 2005 – and if the repeal of the Order would result in unintended legal consequences.
