Share your views: Consulting Canadians on the operation of the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA)

This consultation ran from September 20 to November 3, 2025.

The Government of Canada sought feedback from Canadians and interested stakeholders regarding the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) via a Canada Gazette notice. Feedback received will help inform Canada’s preparations for the joint review in 2026 and other efforts to ensure the effective operation of the Agreement.

While the formal consultation period has ended, we continue to welcome feedback from Canadians. All submissions received outside the formal consultation window will be reviewed and considered as part of our ongoing engagement with our CUSMA partners.
