Jonathan Price

Jonathan Price has served as Chief Executive Officer of Teck since September 2022, leading its transformation into a pure-play global critical minerals champion. He previously held roles as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer after joining Teck in 2020, bringing extensive experience across finance, commercial, and business development roles in Europe, Asia, and Australia. Before Teck, he spent 14 years at BHP in senior leadership roles, including Chief Transformation Officer. He is Vice Chair of the International Council on Mining and Metals, Chair of the World Economic Forum Mining & Metals Governors, and a United Nations Women HeForShe Champion. He holds degrees from Oxford University and Cardiff University.
