Émile Cordeau

Émile Cordeau has been Chief Executive Officer of Agropur since 2019. Under his leadership, the Cooperative undertook a major strategic shift to refocus its activities, simplify its operations and reinforce its financial discipline. Agropur has since increased its profitability and significantly reduced its debt while repositioning its portfolio to support profitable growth. Today, the organization is better equipped to create long-term value for its dairy farmer members. A graduate of HEC Montréal, he brings strong expertise in business transformation and growth. With the organization since 2013, he previously held roles at Dollarama, Transcontinental and RBC Capital Markets.
